Absolutely fantastic. Our school recommended Snow Union for hire clothing etc for the Easter skiing trip. They were second to none from the initial presentation at school through to delivery. It was easy to order with them and you actually receive a response from a real human. I would most definitely recommend Snow Union and use them again.

What an impeccable customer service. The guy went above and beyond helping me select the correct sizing for my son’s schoolwear and arranging the most easiest and simple process to exchange the ski gear I had already purchased for alternative sizing. Would definitely recommend for kids ski trips. Fantastic!

I highly recommend snow union. We have used their services over 2 consecutive years. The first time we hired clothes via the school for my son, whilst the this year we have bought the pre-loved items for my daughter. Their service is superb, and the customer service is great. I have spoken with Mark whose advice and guidance were invaluable. Finally from their shipping is super fast. It took 24 hours from the moment I placed the order to receiving the items in clean nice package. Thank you team

Many thanks to Snow Union for their top notch customer service. My daughters recent ski trip with her school was made so much easier with all the help and support from the team who made sure that all the equipment was carefully measured and fitted and that she was well kitted out for her trip.
Great experience all round!

I am extremely impressed with Snow Union for many reasons. Firstly when they came to school to showcase their products/service for the school trip and secondly ordering items on their website. Such a prompt and professional service with high quality products and a very easy website to use. Delivery to home was excellent and very quick. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.
