HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCEL
COVID POLICY (1st September 2021 – 1st May 2022)
If your trip does not go ahead or you are unable to go on the trip for any reason we will refund your hire clothing and all accessories as soon as they are returned.
Please email email@example.com for a returns/exchange number.
Send back your return/exchange items to the address below.
Please enclose a note/order no. with the reason for the return/exchange.
The postage for the return is paid by you. We will pay the exchange postage.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn/un-damaged.
Please send all goods back to us no later than 1st May 2022. No refunds will be provided after this date.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days and the exchange/replacement accordingly.
Hire clothing must be returned to school 3 days after the trip (When the new term starts).
Late return of hire clothing may incur a further fee of £22 a jacket & £18 a trouser.
