HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCEL
COVID POLICY (1st September 2023 – 1st April 2024)
If your trip does not go ahead due to Covid we will refund your hire clothing and all unused accessories as soon as they are returned.
Please email email@example.com for a returns/exchange number.
Send back your return/exchange items to the address below.
Please enclose a note/order no. with the reason for the return/exchange.
The postage for the return is paid by you. We will pay the exchange postage.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn/un-damaged.
Please send all goods back for a refund within 14 days of delivery. No refunds will be provided after this date.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days and the exchange/replacement accordingly.
Hire clothing must be returned to school 3 days after the trip (When the new term starts).
Late return of hire clothing may incur a further fee of £25 a jacket & £20 a trouser.
Hire clothing for trips in December 2023 must be cancelled by December 1st 2023. No refunds will be provided after this date.
Hire clothing for trips in Jan/Feb 2024 must be cancelled by January 1st 2024. No refunds will be provided after this date.
Hire clothing for trips in March/April 2024 must be cancelled by February 1st 2024. No refunds will provided after this date.
