HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCEL

Please email sales@snowunion.co.uk for a returns/exchange number.

Send back your return/exchange items to the address below.

Please enclose a note/order no. with the reason for the return/exchange.

The postage for the return is paid by you. We will pay the exchange postage.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn/un-damaged.

Up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase.

Hire items for Christmas 2019 will need to be cancelled no later than Sunday 10th November 2019.

Hire items for February 2020 will need to be cancelled no later than Sunday 5th January 2020.

Hire Items for March/April 2020 will need to be cancelled no later than Sunday 23rd February 2020.

No refunds will be given after this date.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days and the exchange/replacement accordingly.

Hire clothing must be returned to school 3 days after the trip (When the new term starts).

Late return of hire clothing may incur a further fee of £22 a jacket & £18 a trouser.
